Senior Consultant - Supply Management & procurement - �55-65K - London

Owing to rapid international growth, a leading Supply Management client is looking to expand their team with the acquisition of a Senior Consultant to support and drive continued UK growth through client acquisition and successful project delivery. This role is Paying �55-65K plus Bonus + competitive benefits package. This client has offices in 15 countries and delivers software and services to over 60,000 clients throughout 62 different countries. The core responsibilities for this role include:

- Develop trusted relationships with existing clients, and selected prospects, through understanding of their business needs, challenges and expectations � at organisation and individual levels.
- Understand and present value proposition and competitive differentiators through solution presentations, demonstrations, webinars, proposals and thought leadership channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of the spend analysis technologies and processes to facilitate the functional design and project management of spend analysis implementations.
- Assist as an industry and subject matter expert in sales processes via written proposals, demonstrations and statement of work definition.
- Build a robust understanding, in order to assist or lead on projects that may require elements of the wider spend management technologies including: Strategic Sourcing, Auctions, Contract / Supplier Management.
- Demonstrate knowledge of best practice project and programme management methodologies and be a key contributor and owner of the ongoing development of BravoSolution implementation methodologies.
- Demonstrate responsibility and hands-on approach to project delivery, particularly of larger more complex engagements.
- Ensure ongoing project and relationship success through continued support and leverage of internal resources.
- Manage some commercial aspects including initial project costing and ongoing change requests.
- Report on client, project, and account metrics as required.
- Structure and perform line management over consulting resources, as well as providing general mentoring, career coaching and provide feedback to junior staff members.
- Contribute to marketing efforts through white papers, webinars, blogs and attendance of networking events.
- Some travel, mainly in UK, but with some occasional international travel (60+%)

Key skills / Attributes required:

- Technical or numerical degree educated and/or relevant qualifications/experience.
- 6+ years experience of spend analysis and/or Business Intelligence software implementation with a strong technical, problem solving and analytical mindset.
- 4+ years project management, customer relationship, account management in a technology solutions or consulting environment.
- Significant experience with project management methodologies and delivery of complex technology projects. Understanding of technology/data management aspects as well as the importance of quality control, change management and communications.
- Experience with SaaS / Cloud procurement solutions preferable: Procurement / Spend Analytics, Strategic Sourcing, Auctions, Contract / Supplier Management.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and opportunities simultaneously at a tactical and strategic level.
- Credible, and trusted relationship builder at all levels internally and within client organisations
- Highly professional communication skills (presentation, written and verbal)
- Self-starter, able to work independently whilst contributing to a team environment
- Fluent written and verbal English, additional languages a plus
