The role
Our Client is a new alternative in financial services and one of the UK's fastest growing companies. Our purpose is simple: to help everyone be better with money, so they can be better off in the long run.
We now welcome over a million new customers a year, so our team is expanding on a big scale.

You would be a Senior Planning Analyst. As part of our Operational Support team, you would be responsible for forecasting and oversight of call centre performance

What you'll be doing
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. This means that your responsibilities will include:
-Using business volumes, resourcing availability and performance data to produce forecasts for call centre performance.
-Developing resourcing schedules and agreeing these with operational teams.
-Real-time monitoring of call centre performance.
-Responding to ad-hoc requests, prioritising your workload and providing a great service to the rest of our business.

What you'll need to have.
We'll expect you to be educated to degree level or equivalent, have strong IT skills, and to have planning experience in a contact centre business, including using productivity and workforce management tools. You'll also need to be good at:

-Working with numbers and understanding what they mean for our business
-Understanding the detail and being able to explain this well to others
-Listening and written communication
-Working in a lively, fast-paced team set up
-Identifying problems and finding solutions
-Always having a positive attitude
-Being calm under pressure
