Service Performance Analyst - 22k-25kGBP - Leeds + Bonus

An extremely exciting client who is the UK's leading issuer of Credit Cards is looking for a Service Performance Analyst to join their team in Leeds. They have a huge list of Blue Chip clients and welcome over a million customers each year.

The role:

You would be a Service Performance Analyst. As part of our Customer Service team, you would be responsible for monitoring and managing the services provided to them by external suppliers. Based at the brand new call centre in leeds, you will report to one of the Service Performance Managers.


-Agreeing the MI needed to help manage the performance of our external suppliers.
-Production of this within defined timescales and to required quality.
-Analysis of MI to help us understand how we are doing and make sure that we continue to provide a great service to our customers and get best value from suppliers.
-Supporting the Service Performance Manager in managing relationships with suppliers and resolving any issues.
Key Skills/Experience:

We�ll expect you to be educated to degree level or equivalent, have strong IT skills, and to have already had some experience of a similar role in a customer-focused business.

You�ll also need to be good at:

- Working with numbers and understanding what they mean for our business
-Understanding the detail and being able to explain this well to others
-Listening and written communication
-Working in a lively, fast-paced team set up
- Identifying problems and finding solutions
-Always having a positive attitude
-Being calm under pressure
